To qualify for $50 Gift Card, one entree must be ordered by each person in the reservation group of 6 or more persons. One $50 Gift Card will be given to the person who makes and honors the reservation for the group of 6 or more persons during the promotional period of January 1st, 2010 through February 28th, 2010. Promotion offer not valid for Valentine's Day (February 14, 2010) reservations. Keefer's $50 Gift Card has no cash value. While Keefer's $50 Gift Card may not be redeemed on the day it is issued, it is valid through 12/30/2010. Only one Keefer's $50 Gift Card may be redeemed per table, per visit. No purchase necessary to enter the two monthly drawings for the Chef's Dinner for 10; Chef's Dinner for 6; or Chef's Dinner for 4. If your entry is received in January, you will be entered for the January drawing. If your entry is received in February, you will be entered for the February drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person, per drawing. The first drawing will take place the first week of February. The second drawing will be held during the first week in March. Each monthly drawing requires a separate entry. Winners will be notified shortly after.

Eligibility:

The Keefer's Restaurant Chef's Dinners Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of 12/01/2009 and who possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Void where prohibited. Excluded residents will not be eligible to receive any prizes. Employees and members of the immediate families (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling, child, spouse or any person residing in the same household as employee or consultant) of Keefer's Restaurant, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and promotion agencies will not be eligible to receive any prizes.

General Conditions:

$50 Gift Card: A guest who books and honors a reservation for six people or more anytime between January 1 and February 28, 2010, will receive a $50 gift card for a future visit through December 30, 2010 except February 14, 2010.
Chef's Dinner Sweepstakes: Keefer's guests and the general public can also enter to win one of three prizes in two separate drawings, one for January and one for February. If your entry is received in January, you will be entered for the January drawing. If your entry is received in February, you will be entered for the February drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person, per drawing. No purchase is necessary. First prize is a special "Chef's Dinner" with wine for 10 people, Second prize is a "Chef's Dinner" with wine for 6 people, and Third prize is a "Chef's Dinner" with wine for four people. Please include your name, street address, email address, and phone number where you can be contacted. Sweepstakes entrants must be over 21 years of age as of 12/01/09. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by Keefer's Restaurant. Keefer's Restaurant reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.

Prizes:

The following prizes will be awarded on or before April 15th, 2010. the total value of the prizes is $4,000.00. Winners will be notified by April 15th, 2010. If a winner does not claim his or her prize on or before April 25th, 2010, that prize will be awarded in a second- chance drawing on April 30th, 2010, among all eligible participants who were not winners (OR that prize will not be awarded). If a winner in the second-chance drawing does not claim his or her prize on or before May 10th, 2010, that prize will not be awarded. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Keefer's Restaurant, its parent company, subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries and/or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection with this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to Keefer's Restaurant use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Keefer’s Restaurant is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected postal entries or transactions, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Keefer's Restaurant reserves the right to halt or modify the contest at any time during the contest period if events beyond their control compromise the sweepstakes fairness or integrity. Keefer's Restaurant is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes. Keefer's Restaurant reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes.

In the event that any legal or regulatory authority challenges the Sweepstakes, Keefer's Restaurant reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Keefer's Restaurant shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified due to such an action.
